DESCRIPTION

the spirit of thedepths took my understanding, and all my knowledge, and placed them at theservice of the inexplicable and the paradoxical’. (Red Book p120)

The Rainmaker story (Hannah, B. p. 14) indicates that deep listening and a relinquishing of personal desire are necessary for ‘order’, (as connoted in the Rainmaker story), to be noticed. As far as is possible to know, The Rainmaker, order, and subsequent rain are not causally linked. (Jung p.824). Within life and therapeutic relationships, individual, and relational processes invite possibilities of a fluid nature, commonly resulting in a state of uncertainty and ‘not knowing’. Therapeutic relationship, Interactive Field, Wounded Healer, and meditative methods will be considered, and in sympathy with the subject matter of the seminar, space to reflect upon experiences arising in the moment will be given privilege.
